Girl Scout Silver Award Project

Updated: Jun 26, 2019

By: Tadpole

We started our silver award project! Our project was cleaning out, selling objects inside, repairing, painting three sheds & rebuilding a fourth shed at Grace Mountain Church. I've enjoyed it so much. I'm sure the other girls did too. We met at 8:00 a.m. and worked all day. Then, we had a sleepover at our leader's house and worked on our Night Owl badge. In the morning, we set out for another whole day of work. Many generous people helped out along the way. For example, our parents, siblings, and even members of Grace Mountain Church. Our Girl Scout Silver Project was a great way to experience hard work and giving back to our community.
